I recently signed up for Kibo Merchant Services and just got my account set up. I processed my first client payment for $725, but the funds were put on hold. What really upset me is that Kibo made no attempt to contact me—no email or phone call to explain the situation.
After waiting a day for the funds to show up in my account and seeing nothing, I reached out to Kibo support. They informed me that the funds were on hold and said the risk team should have emailed me, but I never received any communication from Kibo.
I’m extremely disappointed in how Kibo has handled my business. I worked hard to earn that money and delivered the promised service. I need those funds deposited into my bank account immediately.
