We have been with Genisys Credit Union for over 20 years. The name has changed through the years, but the quality of service and dedication has always been first rate. We just got our new mortgage through them and are so happy with it.

Bill pay on the app. is the worst I have ever used on any app and now will not use it and pay with another method. I left Credit Union One because I thought Genisys was going to be a better more user friendly credit union and it has turned out to be worse.

The app was better before the update now most of the features dont work. Use to be able to view my statements online that looked like ones they mailed you now you cant. I have had 4 debit cards in 4 months because "fraudulent activity" so they shut down my card with out notice. I travel for work so it is a major inconvenience to not have my debit card working.

While generally I like Genisys they have a limited number of branches and their atm machines are often out of service in the weekend which is more than frustrating.
