Excellent service. Best I've experienced. 7pm on a Sunday night and was looked after by an knowledgeable person and resulted in a stunning chess set 2 days later. Looks amazing and a big upgrade from my old small one. The board is very good quality and the playing pieces are really nice and the weight and felt makes a nice sound as put down on a move. By far the best customer service I've had in years and I'm so pleased with the board now I just need to work out how to win a lot more often (which is obviously the hard part)

Ordered a chess set for my grandson for his 21st birthday and the board arrived damaged. Emailed the company to report the issue on a Sunday, got a reply the same Sunday and new chess board shipped directly to my Grandson on Monday. Great Customer Service.
