I ordered three kits each with a different sentimental photo for my family members for Christmas. Instead of getting one of each I got one, two of the same and the third one I ordered just isn’t getting replaced or refunded. I spent $200 plus duties and I’m out an entire painting for Christmas. Very disappointed in the customer service and support.
