I also would give zero stars. The kit came from China, and took a month to arrive, the paint pots were a tumbled mess in a baggie. There is no way to use those little pots without something to keep them stable and upright. It came with the hanging hardware but not those two small wood strips to hang it. Beware, there are other paint by number companies online to deal with. I'm contacting my bank to get my money back.

Disaster. I ordered from them in November and hadn’t received anything way into December. They kept saying it would come but it never. I felt I’d been scammed so I informed my bank. By the time it arrived, I no longer needed it as I had bought another gift. Also, it is very poor quality and poorly presented for the price. The company offered a 35% refund and said I could keep the item but I don’t want it for the reasons outlined. I’m still emailing to try to get my refund. Best to avoid this company

I wish I had never ordered from this company. Their customer service is terrible, I’ve been repeatedly lied to and sent unclear or dishonest emails by someone at the company. They said my parcel had been delivered when in fact the courier company had been waiting for the parcel for over a week, and it wasn’t even with them. Looks like I won’t be giving my family these as Christmas presents…

Terrible company! My order took ages to come and when it arrived half of the print was missing making it impossible to paint. I contacted them and they eventually dispatched another but it took weeks so I refused it

The painting was a gift for my grandmother's 80th and she was looking forward to it...

They don't respond to messages.

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered from this company weeks ago. I understand that there is a longer time frame with this item however it’s been weeks longer than the time stated on the website. I don’t think customer service exists as I haven’t had a reply for over a week. I couldn’t even track my order. To track you had to download a third party app called shop which only gives you the tracking if you provide full access to your emails! This was supposed to be a joint gift for my grandparents as my Nan was terminal with cancer. She will never get to see it now which breaks my heart. Pretty sure this company is a scam!

"Nose less face"

The translated picture had four faces on it. They were relatively small faces which may have been part of the problem. One person had no nose included in the face.
