Waited forever for it to arrive only for the custom print to not be sent. So not even received the item I paid for which was for an important birthday. Customer service send resend the print I just want a refund as this is absolutely ridiculous I’m not waiting another 3 weeks. Do not order from here.

"Amazing experience"

This picture of my sister and our husbands hiking was a joy to paint for two reasons. Firstly, she is a cancer survivor and I have Parkinson's. I am so thankful to still be able to do this trail with her, one that we first did together over 30 years ago. This was a great way to celebrate our resilience! Secondly, the paint kit was amazing, and it was a joy seeing the picture come alive as I added more to it. The detail was challenging and I resorted to using very fine brushes and a magnifying lamp to do it justice. Just a fabulous project!

I don’t find PWN’s order tracking system very useful but the kits generally don’t take overly long to arrive. They are well packaged, and everything seems to be good quality. I paint flat, not on an easel, and I do have some trouble on larger projects with paint rubbing off so I’ve sometimes had to apply extra paint to larger sections to make them bolder. Going to try painting from top to bottom on next kit.

This was our fourth custom kit from Paint With Number. We have loved every kit and they are all hung in our front room for everyone to see. Nine times out of 10, we end up providing Paint with Number contact info. These kits are exciting and addictive! Way too much fun!
