I love this experience and had a lot of fun painting it! This came exactly how it was pictured.

I would leave a 0 if possible. Ordered a custom paint by number early November for a Christmas gift and still haven’t received. Customer service blamed on Canada post strike but it was returned to sender for no valid reason. Website appears to ship from Canada but actually ships from china. Can’t review the physical product as I still haven’t received it and haven’t even received a tracking number for the supposedly reshipped package. Avoid at all costs.

I wish I read the reviews about this company before using them, I ordered with the promise of delivery before Christmas (13th of December ordered) I didn’t receive it until the 31st of December. I had no other issues with deliveries from Royal Mail which the company is trying to blame.
The customer service was rubbish, just rude and no help what so ever.

Just to top it off, once we received the order and viewed it, it was almost laughable how bad the quality was.
Im too embarrassed to give it as a gift because of how bad it looks and the company won’t give a refund.

very slow delivery of the order. when it arrived, the canvas is folded with no instructions of how to prepare it for painting. This may be OK and expected for experienced PBN-ers but I a first timer. Now I have a canvas, 36 pots of paint and no idea how to get started.

It was easy to place a customs order, I do wish they rolled the print. The way it was folded left creases in it. I hope they don’t negatively effect the painting experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to order another print.

My order was to be delivered in 5 days. Its been 22 and I'm still waiting. Their response was that it is because of the holiday season. I guess they were unaware of this. No resolution at this point and they gave me no information other than its in the mail. This company is deceptive and they clearly lied.

Ordered a month ago, still not picture. This company is in China, the tracking of the package has been on hold since the canvas was made, a day after I ordered it. It reads waiting for shipper to pick up.

Buyer beware.

Ordered at the end of November and it’s still not here so won’t be here for Christmas now. I only ordered from this company as the delivery options said it would be here by 17th December at the latest when others were later. Turns out they are shipping from China. Beware of the misleading delivery times

"Run, don’t walk, from this website "

Run, don’t walk, from this place. It appears very professional from the website. But my order has been missing in China for weeks. I contacted them asking if it would be here in time for Xmas as advertised and received a very blunt, to point of rude, email brushing me off.
I have not had any further reply or contact when I again asked if it would be here for Xmas. Truly disappointing- and doesn’t look like it will be here for Xmas- this one or the next!
Shocking waste of time and money.

Ordered on 5th December. Not arrived and no ability to track it past it saying it 'was shipped' on 6th December. Absolutely terrible, avoid.
