"Disappointed with Shipping and Customer Service"

Same situation as others have mentioned. I placed my order and received a notification the next day that my shipment was on the way. However, the tracking information didn’t update for several days. I reached out to customer service and was told to allow 15 days for delivery. After waiting 15 days with no updates, I contacted them again and was told the shipment was returned to them for being oversized. I was given a new tracking link, but it showed the same information as the original package.

At this point, my shipment was supposed to arrive tomorrow, and the company has done nothing to resolve the issue or make me feel confident that I’ll ever receive my order. Very disappointed in both the shipping process and the lack of proactive customer support.

Exactly the same experience as the last review. No product. No customer service. No refund. Awful. Don't waste your time. International delivery should be stated.

Ordered in 26th November 2024. Website said 10 days delivery and still not received.
I emailed to see when delivery would be and the customer service is awful. They just said it will take 15 days. So I waited again, and still nothing 20 days later. I have checked the tracking and it's still showing in China somewhere.
I have asked for a refund and they just said no, they don't do refunds. !?
So bad. Luckily I aid via PayPal and therefore they have refunded me but I am still without. Please avoid.

Easy to use the website, it was one of the few websites that let me preview the custom photo I uploaded which was really useful. The delivery took a little while, but it was delivered within the timeframe stated. I haven't painted the picture yet, but the reference photo looks as I had hoped.
