Fabulous trip. Alessandro is very knowledgeable and made the experience really interesting with lots of little facts. His passion for the mountain shines through on the whole tour. Would highly recommend going on this sunset tour

"Still worth it, just lacking in the second half"

The first half of the tour was excellent, Salvo was brilliant in explaining lots of things.
However, the second half was quite disappointing as we changed guide and driver, as they literally just drove us to to the next location, explained nothing, and seemed more disorganised or lacked "the guide" style of explanations.

This is such an excellent team! Alberto, our English-speaking guide explained everything clearly and with patience. As a native of Etna, his infectious love of Mama Etna was wonderful. We felt very privileged to share the experience with such a capable team. Very much in safe hands, thank you to everyone and a big shout-out yo Sergei our driver.

Holla ich habe gestern die HalbTagestour mit Go Etna mitgemacht. Ich kann es nur empfehlen,es ist sein Geld wert.
Man kann von seinem Hotel oder seiner Ferienwohnung abgeholt werden.
Was soweit ich weiß nur Sie hier anbieten. Ich wurde in Catania abgeholt von Macelo ein Deutschsprachiger Führer. Er war sehr freundlich und konnte viele Infos schon auf dem Weg zum Etna weitergeben. Auch die Tour auf dem Etna selbst war ser gut geführt und informativ.
Ich bedanke mich beim Team GoEtna recht herzlich und würde gerne beim nächste besuch in Catania die Ganztagestour buchen.

Bonne journée passé avec une équipe très sympa, ponctuelle, ils sont venus nous cherché à l'hôtel et nous ont ramené malgré une circulation dense voire horrible.
Véhicule type Ford Tourneo Custom neuf, confort assuré pour 9 personnes mais pas de Land Rover comme sur les photos.
Restaurant en chalet bien servi avec repas complet et vin.
On c'est senti bien encadré.
Un peu déçu de la randonnée d'une heure qui a été raccourcie à cause du mauvais temps, l'Etna était bien loin, idem lors de la visite des gorges de l'Alcantara l'après midi.
La prochaine fois on choisira plutôt le trek.
Globalement bonne journée passée avec l'équipe.

This was a fantastic trip and we had the best time! Davide and Leo were amazing and made our trip even more brilliant! Thank you for such a nice day out!
