"Tolles Service, toller Guide, toller Ausflug!"

Uneingeschrenkt zu empfehlen! Leider konnten wir aufgrund der Witterung (viel Neuschnee) nicht die gebuchte Nord-Tour machen, aber es kam rechtzeitig ein paar Tage davor bereits die Info, dass eine Ersatztour auf der Südseite durchgeführt wird. Und die war einfach Spitze, unser Guide (auf Englisch) hat sehr viel erklärt, Fragen beantwortet, war kompetent, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, wirklich toll! Die Tour selbst führte über Schneefelder und viel Lavasand, gutes Schuhwerk und warme Kleidung ist ausdrücklich zu empfehlen. Für jemanden, der keine passenden Schuhe hat, besteht bei der Seilbahnstation die Möglichkeit sich Bergschuhe (und zusätzliche Jacken) auszuleihen. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Ausflug, mille grazie!

We were contacted to say that our tour could not run and had been changed to a suitable alternative. Unfortunately this was from another side of the mountain, didn't include a 4x4 experience and we didn't actually reach the summit or see the lava flows. We watched that day's lava flows on YouTube later on that evening to our utter disappointment.
So be careful booking us out experience-especially if you care about actually getting to the summit.
That said, our guide was great and we are glad we visited and climbed Mount Etna - well, I am, not sure my 12 year old appreciated all the extra walking and he's an fairly experienced mountain hiker!!

Le repas du midi était aussi top et copieux mais l'activité de l'après midi ne valait pas le.coup.
La demi journée suffisait et le retour a été fait 2 h avant
Mon chauffeur ne m'a pas redeposé à l'hôtel comme au départ mais ce n'est pas très grave.

"Amazing Mount Etna and Winery Tour"

Had the most amazing time on our Mount Etna Tour. Everything was great from start to finish. Our tour guide was Sammy who was incredible, he was so knowledgeable but was very witty and made the tour fun. The views were incredible of Mount Etna and the lunch and wine after was just amazing. We even purchased some wine it was that delicious. If you are thinking about booking the tour don’t hesitate you will have a great time and hopefully you are lucky enough to get Sammy as your guide!!
