"ECHOING every one star review"

ECHOING every one star review .
Totally ignored by calls , texts , emails etc . We were burgled 3 months ago and had to pay out ourselves for new patio doors to make home secure .
Had no payout at all for this or the stolen goods.
All you get is passed from one section to another to another country and back .
WE ARE AT OUR WITS END THROUGH THESE ADDING TO OUR TRAUMA OF BEING BURGLED . I hope they are PROUD of themselves getting this string of horrendous of reviews

"No service at all. Scam I'd say"

I was told that they will handle my claim. But never ever heard from them.so I would not stand for anyone saying the are going to handle anything with this company. Don't be fooled by the fancy name. It reminds me of the movie wolf of wall street. Giving something a fancy name to trick people.

"Absolutely useless"

Absolutely useless! They handled a third party damage claim to our property on behalf of our insurance company and started slowly, eventually failing to respond at all to emails or phonecalls. I gave up and dealt directly with the third party's insurer directly!

Edit - Crawco responded to my negative review suggesting I contact customer services. No response at all from that email. Called customer services but was told they don't deal with Crawford Legal Services UK, so still haven't had the excess back that was recovered on 27th Jan! IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of anyone at Crawford Legal UK. The irony that it's looking like a court claim against a legal firm to get my own money back!

Edit - Finally resolved following a direct email to Crawford Legal's managing partner. All#s well that ends well....eventually

"I wouldn't advise using them."

My insurance company sent Fraser Bain from Crawford & Company to view the damage in my house. He acknowledged the insurance work was not "like for like". The insurance company have damaged the plumbing and pipework so a washing machine can't be plumbed in and he couldn't tell what they had done but could work out it wasn't right, however, this translated somehow back to my insurance company that nothing at all had been done wrong, and there was no reason the plumbing shouldn't be accessible, I don't know how from his investigation that information filtered to my insurance company because it's wholly wrong and drastically changes the claim. I am tempted to wonder if because he couldn't work out what was wrong he decided to say nothing was wrong, I don't know, but clearly my insurance company think everything is ok when every plumber that has come here has confirmed to me it is not. He also came to my house on the 3rd September and said he was writing a report "independently" of both my insurance company and myself, but this "independent" report has only been seen by my insurance company, I never had sight of it. He also took over a month to write the report, during which time the damage to the pipework caused me huge problems. When I rang my insurance company I was told week after week that he would call back but he never did. As I didn't pay for the service I have lost nothing. I can't guarantee he advised my insurance company that everything with the plumbing after their poorly skilled workers had messed about it with it was ok, but somehow from him being here, that is now the view they have, and it's 100% wrong. He never did call back any of the times I was told he would. I would advise that if you are looking for a loss adjuster that you are paying for, that you don't use this company.

"Absolutely disgusted with the service…"

Absolutely disgusted with the service we have received from this company. Six months plus of emails and phone calls being ignored. We have provided all the evidence requested by trusted, experienced professionals and still they refuse to pay for the damages to my property. They have failed to provide evidence to support their opinions. The representative of the company, Darren Wagland, who conducted the assessment of my property was more interested in taking photos of my surrounding land than he was of the issue we were claiming for. I’m sure the response to the above will be ‘contact our customer service team’ however having already done that previously, I was passed through 9 times before I managed to speak to Hailey Mann, she seemed to know or at least pretended to know what she was talking about. Her number is now disconnected and she no longer respond to emails. Nick Wallace is another contact we had who spouted off his credentials but knew little to nothing about our roof. Needless to say we are taking legal advice on the matter as we have clearly been miss sold this insurance.

Following uploading this review Crawco made arrangements for a second home visit after 6 months of countless phone calls and emails. Upon inspection I was relieved when common sense seemed to be prevailing and we were moving towards a successful and rightful claim. Unfortunately, emails and voicemails are being ignored again and spending 40 minutes plus on hold only for the line to go dead.

"Terrible experience when my home…"

Terrible experience when my home insurer appointed these guys. I've had dozens of appointments of wasted time, they changed contractors half way through without telling me, waiting for me to call them asking when work is starting before saying oh we need to start again... dozens of calls (rarely answered) and emails (rarely responded to) and compaints... and a year into the claim I am still no closer to having work started.

I feel for any poor sod who has a claim managed by these guys.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND DON’T BE SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE!!
After I got Covid-19 right before my flight and been hospitalized, I filed a claim with TinLeg, then, they transferred my claim to Broadspire/Crawford.
My ticket was NON-REFUNDABLE, the travel agency gave me some credit but to be able to use that credit a have to pay $700 in fees for the future booking.
Broadspire/Crawford tried to refund me less than a half of the ticket cost because they said I have some credit without caring about the $700 in fees that I have to pay to be able to use the credit.
These insurance companies are just scamming companies!
AVOID THEM!!!

To hear how loss adjuster of Crawford and company blatantly lies to accuse me with illegal activity to have removed a huge fireplace in order to find a solution to sideline a very legitimate claim

This is a shameful company

We have contacted Chief Executive and the president in the US to showcase , through many other individuals on this page , that Crawford & co use dirty tricks to sideline and bring miseries . Your chief executive Mr Kelly wrote to my colleague that the insurance claim was denied back in June , but your company covered up for Airbnb.
Mr Defries your loss adjuster , can be heard in the video published on YouTube’s with more than 89000 views (Airbnb house fire / liars) that we invite everyone to view and like , blatantly lies about the disappearance of a fireplace … Mrs Bartlett with her job title , with no qualifications whatsoever , is part of her responsibility to stop undemocratic and illegal activities.. You appointed fire forensic Bourgogne .. yet no statement as to the outcome of such a claim , after nearly 10 months . Mr Kelly shouldn’t be given such a job title , when he gives misleading information. IF THE CLAIM WAS DENIED IN JUNE … WHY NO STATEMENT HAD BEEN PROVIDED IN THAT RESPECT . For those reading this response , we advise them to get in touch directly with the president and chief executive in the US, as we have enough evidence to provide that your conduct under the banner of Crawford and co is unacceptable least to say should be considered illegal .. When you say the Liability was denied … Where is the letter , that in any part of the world , should be addressed in a form of statement.
No Madame , playing this hide and seek , gas lighting Trump Style wont change the very facts . The tenant and negligence by him and many evidences have been provided .. regardless whether I have insurance or not .. it is written black on white by Airbnb I quote
“ Host damage protection, a part of AirCover, provides Hosts with $1 million in coverage in the rare event your place or belongings are damaged by a guest during an Airbnb stay”. It is your job to produce truthful report.
