I ordered 4 radiators with the standard 2–5 day delivery, but they arrived over a week later with no updates until I chased, slightly frustrating during a renovation. One radiator was the wrong size (my error), and when I went to return it (even while placing a new order), I was charged £20 for the collection. The website only mentions a 25% restocking fee—not a flat £20 return cost—so this came as an unpleasant surprise as 25% of the radiator cost would’ve been less than £20. There was also no option to co-ordinate the collection of the wrong radiator and the new delivery, which could have saved both time and cost. The radiators themselves are fine, and the price of the radiators is competitive but the hidden return charges, and delivery delays were disappointing.

Just a heads-up for others before ordering, especially if you’re trying to get a delivery within a set time frame.

Unfortunately had to cancel order due to item not arriving within timescale that was given. When ordering delivery was stated as 2-5 days. After 2 weeks I had to cancel order as had tradesman booked in. Customer service did respond quickly stating they would look into the delay and come back to me but they didn't. They did process refund quickly. Shame as they have some lovely radiators and I was looking to order another 6 radiators from them. Thankfully I read the reviews and thought I'd see for myself.

Got exactly the right radiator, for a very competitive price, so was very happy just with that. The icing on the cake was the speedy delivery exceeded my expectations. The service at radiator king is genuinely some of the best I've come across. I placed my order and due to the lead time for the radiators being a couple of weeks they upgraded my radiators to the next size free of charge. They responded to all of my queries (which I emailed in the evening) before 9 the next morning and when I had a small issue with one of the valves they resolved the problem quickly and hassle free.

I recently bought an Anthracite Grey Column Horizontal Designer Radiator from Radiator King. It is really great quality, especially for the price. The hanging brackets that come with it are super easy to install. I ordered the feet for it as well, as I was worried about the weight on the wall. Didn't end up using the feet, as the brackets were more than enough. Really happy with the customer service and delivery too. Over all, great product and service, will definitely use Radiator King again and would definitely recommend!
