i have been trying to talk to someone at Nutriflair for 3 days!! I have cancelled an auto ship and they keep sending the item to me. Nutriflair is turning into the poster child of poor customer service. If you know how to contact them, or get a response, I would appreciate it if you would let me know.

"Shipment never made it to USPS, customer service blew me off"
I've been buying Nutriflair products for a long while, however, I will be switching to another brand after this complete fiasco.
Your tracking number hasn't been handed off to post office. It's been sitting there since 7/3. Your customer service told me to "WAIT" after 2 weeks, and then has done absolutely nothing even though they said they would take care of it.
Ignored my request to re-ship it nor responded back.
Thanks but no thanks.

Made a purchase to date I have not received it. Been almost a month . Tracking shows stuck in Dallas TX .. customer service unreachable , doesn't respond to emails . Filing a dispute with my bank !!

Same as everyone else. I got an email stating the order is shipped, but the tracking states it's still in Dallas, TX awaiting package. DO NOT order from them. It's been over 2 weeks since my order been shipped email. They do not have a customer service to assist you.

made an order got an email confriming the order paid for 2 day shipping. They said they sent the tracking number which i dont have and have been calling no answer. but best of all i have NOT received my order. Just goy noitice 3 days afterorder it just shipped still no tracking info. This was my first and last time i will order from them.

I see in several of the reviews that I am also having the same problem. Shipment stuck in Texas since March, no shipping updates, all my e-mails have come back with different excuses so as much as I like the products I have purchased I will have to find another source and try to get my money back. maybe if there are enough bad reviews we will get the answer.

I ordered see moss on Feb. 6 and it is Feb. 16 and I still haven't received my package and I can't get ay updates on the delay. I definitely won't be ordering from this company again!!

Shipping time is terrible! Been over a week now and tracking number hasn't updated since the time NF says it shipped.
