"Failure company and awful customer service "
I placed an order on the 9th of March. Today is the 25th of March and I still haven't received a part my order. However company says that they cannot issue a refund for the products that they failed to deliver.
First they had an issue with age verification because I recently moved address. When I called a customer service after being notified about this issue via email, I spoke to a man who talked to me as if I was a criminal. When next day I still haven't heard from them and called again to see what's happening, they said that the person who performs age verification is off sick. 4 days later I received another email informing me that age verification passed but they don't actually have stock of a some items I ordered. They offered to ship a part of my order and said that the remaining items stock should arrive in 4-5 days. This was 12th of March. On the 18th of March I received another email saying that they need additional 2 to 4 days to receive stock and ship my parcel. I asked to cancel the items they don't have but they insisted that my parcel can and will be shipped next day with Royal Mail tracked 48 service. I agreed to wait 2-3 more days. On the 20th of March I received an email confirming that they shipped my order. 5 days later and still no sign of my delivery I called the company again to ask for refund. The customer service representative said she can't give a refund for products they failed to deliver. She said Vape Mountain isn't responsible for Royal Mail failures and I need to wait 14 more days for my parcel. Only if it didn't show up in 14 days I was entitled for a refund.
This company is failure after failure. Not only that, they seem to be unaware that it's seller's legal responsibility to sort out the issue or issue a refund if a delivery date wasn't met.
