The email contact can be improved.

"Nightmare order"

Where sould I start?
1.) the invoice was wrong. I#m a private person and the invoice did not include VAT.
2.) Nobody informed me that the VAT is missing.
3.) I had 2 calls but nobody cared.
4.) in finanz I found somebody who could help me.
5.) 2 days after SMS confirmation that the parcel is out, the parcel is still not traceable by DHL.
Let's see how this will go on.

iceriver.eu is scam. emails returned, says my money wasn't received-couldn't reach anyone

The site seems legit, but it is not official. I got told that it will be shipped tomorrow, after chasing but it was not. A few days ago, I received photos and confirmation of my order, packages and tracking.

Upgraded rating based on better experience with tracking. Today I received my miners as ordered. This is not unusual for crypto mining equipment, so updated my rating again.

Anyone who has ordered and has had delays, contact the WhatsApp help number by text or call and they will respond. Keep asking and they will post your order eventually. Do not give up, they will honour your purchase. I used crypto for payment and got my miners.

Everything was OK. It needed just a few calls to speed up the process. The only bad thing was, that it was not delivered in 4 days but in 8 days. Product is in perfect shape and running.
