"Easy, convenient and fast transaction "

I had a problem with my payment method - my payment got lost along the way for some reason, but it all got sorted out in the end. I switched to GPay and that worked easily. Support was really patient with me while I sorted out the payment issue, since I was traveling and in a different country at that time. Since I'm traveling, they are shipping the package to my house in Denmark. Initially, I was hesitant about the VAT payment, but they were nice enough too explain it to me over a call which helped a lot. There were no delays with my shipment so in the end it was all good. Thanks very much!

Everything came neatly packaged with clear setup instructions. Delivery is less than 4days. The support helped with changing my address since I had a mistake with my address. They were able to fix my mistake real quick. I hadd issues with the VAT payment at first, but they called me and explain it clearly. I had no issues upon delivery. So far, hash rate is consistent and has no annoying dips or overheating issues. Thanks!!!!

- my payment was unclear. I needed to contact. took time to get the confirm
- expensive shipping cost (close to €200)
- UPS charged 430€ import duties although the site/order stated that import duties where already included.

"Fraudsters"

Fraudsters. Total scammers.

Upon delivery within the EU, they expected to be paid an extra 25% on top of what already had been prepaid. I made a prepayment in full. they sent the miner as Cash On Delivery. Order no. #IR2099

The shipping date is a total lie. They claim it is batch date, and not actually shipping date (the order confirmation and info on site are misleading lies). So that means the shipping can be done whenever they wish.

In reality, the order was shipped a month after the order was placed and paid, and almost 2 weeks, after expected shipping date.

They also do not allow order cancellations.

The KAS KS0 Ultra has been one of the most consistent mining rigs I've used. It runs cool even after long periods of mining sessions, and has given me very little to no downtime.

It may not generate the highest amount of coins but since I believe that consistency is the key to mining, this is already a good rig for me.

Tempi di consegna che non rispettano le condizioni indicate al momento dell acquisto, assenza totale di comunicazione con l azienda se non con i solleciti all invio del prodotto acquistato. Per non bastare mi hanno incrementato il prezzo a nuovo listino e ho dovuto aggiungere il pagamento al momento della consegna altrimenti non avrei ricevuto il pacco. Comportamenti che sfiorano la truffa.

It doesn't deserve a star. No delivery!!!!! After writing several times I was told that there would be no money back. Unfortunately they were unlucky... I'm going to file a complaint!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
