It was easy doing business with Cool Box, first box was delivered promptly, the second box within 48 hours of my request. Delivery and pickup were prompt. If I ever needed a temporary storage on my property, I would not hesitate to call Cool Box.

i really like Cool Box, they help me with my moved, very competitive prices I would definitely use them again if I need to move. If you need to move you can call they will bring the box in front of your house & you can take your time filling the moving box.

Moving is bad enough as it is let alone having to move it twice once in storage and once to the new house.

We decided to use Cool Box because they were cheaper than competitors and had insulated boxes. The box arrived on time and clean. We ended up having to store it longer than planned and had no problems doing so. When the box came back everything was still in place and not a single item was broken.

The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they left it in my driveway for 3 weeks after I had unloaded it. They claimed it was because they didn't have a truck available to pickup until then, but I think it's their way of marketing...the longer it's in a driveway, the more people that see it.

Other than that, it was a great experience. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I needed a box to store 5 rooms of furniture. I called around and Coolbox had the best price for one month. There was no delivery fee. The phone representative was very helpful and answered all my questions. The man who delivered the box was knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. The box itself was clean on the inside. I was very pleased with the service and equipment and would recommend to them to one and all.

I sold my home a lot faster than expected and found myself without a plan. I called Cool Box and received the best money saving quote over all others. I received my container promptly on the day I requested and it was picked up and stored on the day I requested. I had to order a second one, because I had way more than I had anticipated . Each time my driver was professional and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Chris who did the majority of the pick ups and deliveries. I have since recommended this company to others and they have been very satisfied.

It was very easy and convenient to use coolbox. They were pretty easy to schedule drop offs and pick ups. The driver is very nice and helpful!!!! My only reason for a 3 star vs a 5 star is we went onsite to get stuff out of our cool box, during normal business hours. The gates are locked, which makes sense since they are storing people's stuff However, there was a phone number on the box to get in. I called it several times with no answer. I was waiting outside with a moving truck and a my baby in the car trying to get in for about 30 mins. They knew we were coming since you have to give notice even to get stuff onsite because they still have to pull your pod out that morning. I finally had to call the delivery guy who got ahold of the person inside and finally got it open for us. No one came out to meet us to let know where our pod was dropped so we didn't know where to go. Thankfully the driver showed up and pointed us in the right direction. Whoever is inside that office, needs to step it up and show some decent customer service. The rest was great minus that one incident.
