"Smooth!"

I seriously cannot say enough good things about every aspect of my Cool Box experience. It was the only smooth, seamless part of an otherwise nightmarish move. The customer service was top notch. Everyone told the truth, was on time, and did a great job. The ease of having storage on your own driveway while you are sorting through belongings was wonderful. Being able to unpack in a leisurely manner was also great. The driver who delivered and picked up the box was outstanding. Chris is so good at what she does we had the whole neighborhood out watching her lay the box down exactly in the right spot every time! My belongings were in perfect condition. Nothing slid, broke, warped, or was damaged in any way. I have recommended Cool Box to friends who are moving. They have always thanked me, as it made the move so much easier.

"Great for Local Move"

This is the 2nd time I have used Cool Box and highly recommend them to others who are moving locally. It was great to help clean out my house on my schedule by loading boxes over a 2 week period. They then carefully transport the box to my new home and I have another 2 weeks to get it unloaded. Prices can't be beat too!

Great company and the best price if you need a POD more than a day. I had 2 storage units for 2 months, and the delivery each way was free. At one point they had to pick them up full of contents to be stored at their location and that was also free. Always great customer service. I recommend them.
