"Fantastic service and fantastic product"

Just fitted the black out cordless blinds I received about 3 weeks ago. Am bemused by some of the comments on TP. The service has been superb from the outset with Kylie keeping us fully updated throughout the supply process. On fitting the blinds today, we can happily report that the quality of the blinds are as superb as the service.
A great company to deal with !

"Excellent service from staff - and excellent quality of the luxury double roller blinds"

My experience with orderblinds has been truly exceptional. We ordered two of the luxury double roller blinds and one vertical blind. They arrived within three weeks (amazingly well packaged) even though delivery was quoted as 3-4 weeks given Covid delays. The quality of blinds is excellent. The support from staff has been amazing - the 'chat room' is excellent and I have never waited in a queue. We did have a few issues to sort out, some of our own making - but Emily has been superb. When Emily had a day off, Niamh was just as efficient. Every query was sorted efficiently and effectively, with a few missing parts posted 1st class to arrive the next day. It was the quality of support that gets my 5* grade.

"Poor service!"

Emailed customer services regarding replacement vertical blind slats as our existing blinds are not a standard width.
The first response I got was asking me to check I'd got the width correct, (without actually answering my question) - a bit of an insult to my intelligence! Subsequent responses clearly hadn't read the full email thread before replying and after several emails, no-one seemed to be able to answer my question.
I subsequently asked the same question to a different provider & got an answer straight away...

"Waited nearly a month for two sets of…"

Waited nearly a month for two sets of replacement vanes. The web site states they will make them to the nearest mm! both sets were over 10mm too short.One set usable the other no good..If they have a problem understanding Centimeters i suggest they let you order in Millimeters which would be less chance of mistakes, this did actually go through my mind when filling out the order.. Customer service is beggars belief, forget about E-Mails, they don't answer them.

"Mediocre to bad product, awful service."

Ordered two black out blinds, one mediocre but does the job, one of the vertical beams is shorter than the other, not sure why but only by a few millimetres so it will do.

Second blind isn't wide enough, advised this is the case, at this point at their customer service's request I have measured and sent photos at least a dozen times, this isn't hyperbole or exaggeration, no photo is quite good enough and perspective isn't understood. This has been caused as one of the initial photos I took was at an angle meaning the tape measure read about half a centimetre too long.

Honestly I wish I'd spent more with a different company who were even slightly less useless to deal with.

They also took over a month to arrive, though at this point I really miss the time period waiting for these and not having to deal with these people.

"Appalling service"

Appalling service. I would not recommend this company at all.

I placed an order on the 25th of May to be advised it would be 10-15 days.
On Jun 6th I chase them to ask for what's going on with order
On Jun 11th advised spoke with production manager and will leave next week
Sent email back – point ignored, and nobody called.
On Jun 16th advised that this will be dispatched on 26th of June!
Called to see what’s going on, seems disorganised and cancelled order.
Partial refund given by mistake! Had to call back again to get the rest of my money.

In hindsight, it would probably have been better to go with one of the bigger and more professional blind manufacturers I have used in the past!

Hopefully you won’t make the same mistake I made.

"I ordered a blind from them on the…"

I ordered a blind from them on the 21/5/20 and after 3weeks I contacted them as could not remember how long it would be for delivery,I tried phoning ,but no joy, so emailed them and received a phone call saying they would arrive the following week,which it did and I’m so pleased with the product that I would definitely recommend them

Promise to ring back but don't bother.
Emails ignored.

Still waiting for response re: faulty goods.

Go elsewhere for your blinds, which are not great and coupled with the lack of response makes this company one to avoid.

"Communicative and professional"

I ordered 4 blinds from Order Blinds earlier this year. They were the only place I could find that did good perfect fit bottom-up blinds. Though there was an issue with our delivery, the customer service team responded swiftly and respectfully, explaining to me how they were working during the challenges of COVID to set my expectations. I really appreciated that, when so many other companies have taken a different approach during this time. The order was rectified as soon as possible, and the products are good quality and function exactly as described. All for a fair price. I would definitely recommend.
