People, IGNORE the whingers who have left poor feedback for this company, they largely enjoy the sound of their own voice.

I found Order Blinds Online after being quoted ridiculous from Hillarys, I live local so went to the factory, everyone bar non was very helpful, accommodating.

I provided the measurements for 5 vertical blinds and boom, they were ready in 48 hours perfectly packaged and not so much as a screw missing.

Fitted and looking lovely, I would strongly recommend them to anyone wanting good quality with a fair price.

CANNOT get the basics right !!!

Two out of the four roller blinds ordered were faulty. One did not function and the other a poor quality finish. Both of these issues could have been established by completing basic quality control checks.

Customer service also very patronising and most unhelpful. I have yet to get my blinds replaced but, given 60% bad reviews noted, as well as the unhelpful emails so far, I feel I will certainly have my work cut out !

Stay clear of this Company !!!

"Worst quality £500 blinds money can buy"

I ordered electric blinds for £500. They arrived with boot marks, chipped paint, damaged paint basically like they've been found in a bin. Arranged collection so they could be replaced, stayed in the whole day and they forgot to organise the courier. Eventually they mentioned to arrange collection. 2 months later they sent another set of blinds that were worse than the original with areas not painted, damaged all over, scratched, black marks. Sent them back for a refund. They didn't refund until I demanded it. Avoid this company. There are so many more professional companies. In conclusion, lowest quality product, poor customer service, they don't care about you, you will lose your money for 3 months

"Playing dum when they have all the information they need"

Advertise on eBay “3 blinds for£99”, upto 2400 x2400.
You’ll be lucky if they fulfil your order with blinds close to those sizes. I gave them precise instructions of blinds I needed, as requested on their ebay site.
Messed me about for three days pretending they couldn’t understand my measurements, I described to them the exact sizes for head rails and vanes I needed.
If they were as proficient in making blinds as they are at issuing a refund, they’d be spot on.

"I ordered the star print blackout…"

I ordered the star print blackout roller blind for my daughter’s bedroom. I gave a very specific measurements of 1265 mm width and 950 mm length. The fitting was millimetre perfect, and the delivery was within the timescales quoted.

I believe the instructions could be a little better, by being more detailed. There was no human interaction whatsoever, and the system worked smoothly.

We ordered a Photo-Blind from Order Blinds Online, and provided a high-resolution image for them to use. The proof looked great. However, we were so disappointed when we received the printed blind. It looked pale and washed out, lacking contrast and detail, the white was off-white and the colours were drab. It looked like it had been printed crudely using pastels or chalk rather than ink, and that we were looking at the image through a mist rather than the brightly coloured photo image we had expected.
We contacted Order Blinds, who seemed to be incapable of understanding our complaint. We are artists/photographers who deal with prints all the time, on lots of different materials, and even print onto ceramics ourselves, so we know what we are talking about. Order Blinds unfortunately do not. We were blamed for not mentioning our concerns when they sent us the Proof before printing, and that it was all about colour matching: but we had no problem with the Proof, or its colours; our complaint was that the finished blind wasn't anything like it!
We have been offered no refund or compensation.
Clearly, this company are not capable of reproducing quality prints onto their blinds. If pastel wishy-washy is your thing, they could be just what you're looking for. Otherwise, I suggest going elsewhere - we certainly wish we had, and saved ourselves £75
