"Free Dessert Book"
I love the Keto plan. I did have an issue with the free dessert book I could earn playing the quiz. After a couple attempts I realised that to repeat the quiz nullified the count as did getting a question wrong. I was then very careful and would get to 3 days then on the fourth day before starting the quiz it had reverted back to day one.
I contacted customer service who emailed me a complimentary dessert book👍

"Always unable to cancel…"
I have tried to cancel my account on three separate occasions and get a refund. I have been trying since last September and I continually get charged and their explanation is we never got your email and the best we can do is give you a 25% refund of the total charge. Well sorry guys that's not good enough, the only way to stop being billed was to cancel my card and have to have a new one issued and I shouldn't have to go through all of that so I would never recommend your company to anyone

Finger weg , ich habe das Angebot genutzt für 1 Woche für ca 9 Euro zum ausprobieren , was mir nicht gefallen hat , es war für mich auch nicht ersichtlich damit ich ein Abo jetzt abgeschlossen hatte, also wurde kurz darauf fast 39 Euro abgezogen über Paypal was ich sofort zurück buchen wollte , was leider nicht möglich war , also wurde ein Fall eröffnet was leider zu Gunsten von keto ging ,wer hat keto meine Einzugsermächtigung erteilt ? Abbuchung gestoppt Geld aber trotzdem weg , App nicht auf Deutsch , also Finger weg 😟 Sitz nicht in Deutschland !

Signed up, but never used app and cancelled. Months later there was an auto renewal, on my bank statement. No response from admin. Big scam . Be aware

Acquistata alle 22, la mattina apro l'app e dopo aver studiato un attimo le ricette e provato a fare qualche modifica mi rendo conto che non è assolutamente compatibile con il mio stile di vita. Troppe ricette, sempre diverse, elaborate dalla colazione alla cena. Sicuramente gestibili per una casalinga ma io faccio colazione e pranzo in ufficio. IMPOSSIBILE DA GESTIRE. Chiedo l' annullamento del contratto dopo MENO DI 12 ORE e mi viene negato perché chi è in mala fede sa usare bene i cavilli che la legge mette a disposizione. Amareggiata.

I menu sono monotoni ed improbabili!
Un esempio: a colazione insalata di sedano e polpa di granchio, come spuntino mattutino capperi fritti. Certo che dimagrisci! Ma per le porzioni! A pranzo 90 gr di pollo ai ferri e 100 gr di insalata. Avendo scelto un programma in cui non ci fosse carne, nello stesso giorno era previsto un uovo a colazione, uno a pranzo e uno a cena. È una dieta totalmente sbilanciata e senza alcun criterio. Ho richiesto il giorno stesso l annullamento dell abbonamento dando le giuste spiegazioni,ma non è stato accettato. Alla fine mi hanno rimborsato la metà della cifra spesa. Quasi una truffa... lasciate perdere! Soprattutto se siete vegetariani o vegani! Conoscono solo il tofu, seitan e legumi non sono nemmeno presi in considerazione

"Sneaky auto renew policy..."
I accidentally signed up for this product. What I didn't know is that the subscription is auto renewed without prior notice. So I have gone through the original payment and one auto renew. I noticed the second auto renew when it was charged to my credit card. I have now canceled but did ask for a refund since they can see I never used the app. I have now had emails from 3 people offering a partial refund but nothing happens. Instead after each person emails me and I accept the partial refund, I get an email with a survey about my experience with customer support. I respond to the survey with the sad face emoji and still nothing. So does the product work? I would doubt it since it seems like they need to rely on sneaky auto renew to keep customers.

"App falls short"
They have a good foundation for significant assistance to diabetics. However. It falls short on the meal logging database. I had to "define" something as simple as a fried egg with bacon, or a vegetable chicken soup, and even a coffee with MCT oil was time consuming to log in.
Thanks for giving me a business idea to create an App with a transparent user experience.
