Mit Keto ganz eng zusammen arbeitet DiaBeat, Sitz irgendwo zwischen Sofia/Bulgarien und den USA. In Deutschland mit einer Eingangswebseite in Deutsch, danach läuft alles in Englisch. Rezepte für Diabetiker, Ernährungstipps. ich bin keine Diabetikerin, mich hatten nur ein paar Rezepte interessiert. Die Zahlungen sind auf der Basis von Subscriptionen, sie werden mehr. Als ich merkte, dass die Geschäftsbedingungen keinen Namen und keine Adresse hatten, bin ich vom Vertrag zurückgetreten. Ich habe mindestens 10 mal gekündigt, es wurde einfach übergangen. Mir wurde empfohlen, eine Keto-Seite auszufüllen, das sei die Stornoseite. Ich wäre vom Regen in die Traufe gekommen. Finger weg! Mag sein, dass Sie persönlich mit solchen Dingen nichts zu tun haben, aber irgendein Ketodiet hat. Sind Sie denn sicher, dass Ihr Ketodiet bei größeren Firmen ohne Firmenadresse und ohne Angaben zum CEO immer ordnungsgemäss eingesetzt wird?

I tried using the app but found it very confusing. I contacted the company within 24 hours to cancel and request a refund. I was offered a 50% refund which I accepted. I was then informed that as I had closed the account they could no longer refund.

This 'company and app has its problems' ( comment modified - * please see addendum 2). They keep charging you when you cancel your subscription. 'They have very poor refund policies?' (*comment modified - please now refer to addendum 2) The app is very basic - you can get better for free. They also 'advertise' their app under different names (*comment modified- please see addendum 3). They market their product on respectable websites under different names than ketocycle. From now on I will be checking the ownership company of any keto program or app (*please see addendum 3)... I have lost '100's' of dollars to them (* please see addendum 2) - they are not cheap and you would expect a better product for what they charge!
Addendum: I have supplied my contact, however they have not responded. I am not surprised.
Addendum 2: They have since contacted me and offered a 50% refund for the current subscription. I have also been asssured that all accounts/subscriptions are now fully cancelled on their end - so I should not get any further credit card deductions.
I also have now received an honest and personal (not generic) apology. Thankyou to the young woman who finally treated me like a real person. They have also promised to learn from this situation and improve their services moving forward.
Addendum 3: I too have learned my lesson from this... If I come across a 'challenge program' on any keto website, I will not necessarily be supporting the reputable owner of the website (as I thought I was supporting a program offered through the owner of the website whom I greatly respect). I should be more alert, as it may be an ad for a third party app and I should check more carefully.

It has been a life changing journey… lost the weight I had accumulated over these past four years in a matter of months and I have never felt better! The plans are easy to follow and recipes quick and easy too… whenever I needed assistance I received prompt replies and all the support and advice… I am hanging on to the subscription even though I have reached my weight goal to be able to refer to it and adjust to my new needs or come back to it if ever I need to… highly recommended

Do not sign up for this subscription, I tried to cancel because of zero help, good luck getting in contact with someone. They charged me again randomly after I already canceled and will not refund me. Terrible customer service.

Weigh up what u can and can’t afford these people don’t care I have not used the site at all nearly $300 AUD
