"Almost impossible to cancel"

I didn't realize until a couple of weeks ago, that I had this subscription. That's fine - that's on me. However, I looked up how to cancel, and it said to email them. Done.
Just received this reply, "We can't find an ID under this email (okay, I can give them the other one I use).
Please provide us with the correct email and the order number ID, to process your cancellation."

FOR REAL?! How am I supposed to give y'all the order number ID for a subscription that I didn't even realize I had? If there had been a notification or an email that said, "Save this - you need it to cancel " I would have saved it. But there wasn't. So y'all are essentially stealing $48 every month from a subscription that you know I want to cancel, and haven't used.

Congratulations. Y'all suck.

I unfortunately signed up for this program as many people do after new years last year, I wasn’t to sure about the keto program but I thought I would give it a go, I paid the subscription fee of what I thought was around $12 AUD not realising it was in AD. Anyway that aside I tried the program and found that it was too limited for my health needs so I cancelled the service and deleted the app. Come new year 2025 a charge of $159.61 appears on my credit card from keto cycle. I tried contacting the company and was told it was my fault as I didn’t have any record of cancellation.
