Great service! Nicky was so helpful and reassuring during my initial phone call. She had amazing dental knowledge and took the time to understand what I was trying to say as my dental knowledge is very vague . Nicky listened to my whole experience and was extremely understanding throughout the call. She called me back the next day to deliver the good news that my case had been accepted, it was all extremely fast and efficient. Would 100% recommend!!

"Having suffered a “ hypo incident “ at…"
Having suffered a “ hypo incident “ at the dentist, loosing a tooth and gum tissue and subsequently having 2 lots of jaw surgery with Max Fax surgeons resulting in time off work and a loss of further teeth I’ve been left with a further prospect of expensive and time consuming treatments to try and put it right. Jaw bone is destroyed so full implants are out. Spoken to a very understanding lady called Faye who’s listened very carefully to my experience and glad to say they are taking on the case. It’s been a nightmare from that moment in the dentist chair. Luckily my 2 Max Fax surgeons tried limiting the damage, there’s no “ txt “ book surgery for this type of incident.
