Within half an hour, she confirmed they would manage my claim and promised further contact in the coming days. Similarly, Leah from customer service was efficient and reassuring, confirming representation shortly after our initial consultation. Overall, the communication was excellent, with quick decisions and helpful staff. However, I felt slightly unsure as I didn't receive information regarding the company's percentage fees, which left me a bit uncertain. Despite this, the initial experience was positive and efficient. Four stars.
