They somehow completely lost several of my items (parts of my bed, my office chair, and some other things, and they damaged others (my dining room table and daughter's armoire. They never even tried to find the lost stuff and haven't contacted me since. Terrible company. On top of that, I bought a big lunch for the guys that were delivering and one of them stole a big bag of unopened chips... ridiculous. Stay away... you'll regret hiring them.

Horrible experience. Costed 2.5 times my quote because of rain and elevator not working on arriving end. Unloaded truck. Refused to leave on truck overnight for following day delivery. Never spoke w me about how much it would cost to continue in rain. Never ever use this company! RUN! Have moved 7 times in 6 years by other companies. Never so badly misquoted!! Never!!!!

My items were there for 1 month and they stole many items from my boxes that i packed myself...and when i got my boxes back there was different tape on them...someone robbed me and i spoke with the manager and he treated me horrible..the delivery ppl assembled my bedroom suite wrong as well.Would never ever use them again.

My porter, broke my mirror and one of the owners, John said he was going to pay for the mirror. Year today no payment, ignored all calls. Delivered me someone else belongings.

"Too good to be true"
They started off as seeming like a grate deal when I first signed up, but quickly showed themselves to have promised services too good to be true. They never provided an itemized list, slightly mishandled a few items, and would never get back to me the same day. The service just got worse and worse over time. By the time I was done and had them move everything out of storage there was a constant confusion of when and where I needed it,and some organs were missing but every time I call to ask about them whoever's answers (assuming im lucky enough to get an answer) never has any clue what's going on. And to top it off, they kept trying to charge me after our service wad complete. And now I still occasionally Gerry calls from them saying I've gir items in storage (which i shouldn't) and that they haven't been paid for (which they have) and that their going on auction (which should be impossible, because whenever I enquire about them they don't seem to exist).
All in all terrible service, would not recommend
