"Horrible moving experience"
My Porter moved items out of a storage unit. While unpacking I noticed they had broken a sofa sized mirror. After calling them, Antonio, told me someone from the claims department would call back. No one a ever called back to resolve this matter or to reimburse me for damaging my property. Buyers beware and DO NOT use My Porter moving service! They don’t care about your property.

Initially after my move I gave My Porter a good review until I noticed my firearm was stolen. I discussed the matter with one of the owners on two separate occasions in which he assured me he would get to the bottom of the issue, nothing was done. My move was in November 2018, I've yet to hear back.

The guys that helped move us were great! They handled our thin OLED TV gently and survived the move without a scratch!

I think this is a terrific business concept and very helpful for people with complicated or multi-phased moves. I would have given them 5 stars but I think they're a bit disorganized. My belongings were moved from one container to another in their storage facility at some point without my knowledge and I think some things were lost.

"Horrible service"
Very poor communication during my move. I was given a time window and the entire window was missed. The worst part is the so called app to track the drivers was not working and the drivers and company failed to provide updates. The drivers arrived smelling like marijuana and left several items I pointed out to them to move. They left my home never informing me they were done packing and left my doors wide open. I had to load the left items in my vehicle and when I arrived to my new home I still somehow beat them there. My washer and dryer was hooked up incorrectly and I was over charged for time and service that did not occur.

They broke the knobs off of my night stand and didn't put my bed together correctly and it fell while I was sleeping. They also left marks on my walls.
