"Really impressed with MyPorter"

Really impressed with MyPorter. The team came out to pack up my place in preparation for moving tomorrow.

They were courteous, respectful and handled even the smallest items with care and concern.

Hopefully this is the same crew who moves me tomorrow. They were a lot of fun and kept me laughing!

I'd definitely recommend MyPorter for moving and packing and will use them again should the need arise.

"Best Moving/Storage Service in Atlanta!"

I've used MyPorter a few times for my storage needs. Their full service options are beyond amazing! I never had to lift a finger other than to give them a call, they took care of the rest! I highly recommend their company to anyone in need of moving and storage services. They deliver too! Definitely 5 stars!!!

"This company has no Integrity"

This company has no Integrity. For a whole year 10/2017-10/2018 my belongings were in storage and paying $153 a month. I entrusted them to take care of my things while I transition from a job loss to financial stability. I was very heartbroken because Myporter damaged my furniture, lost several items, broke my mother's China left to me after she deceased, pictures, bedding, bathroom accessories, drapes, clothing etc has yet to be found. I am taking this company to small claims court within the next month to reimburse me of all that was damaged, lost as well as sue them for the agony they have caused me while I am trying to get back on my feet. One of the owners John even went as far as telling me that they delivered all of my items and did not. I involved the police to assist me to find my items in storage. I was later given a call from John the owner stating that he and staff found several boxes that belong to me and was reluctant to give me an apology after realizing the error. Even after Myporter delivered the items that was found he continued to deny misplacing my other items and no apology for the items damaged or not found. Stay away from this company especially if you cannot have access to your items that you have work hard for. They just throw your items in other people's storage, mixing everything up and when it's time to deliver it, they do not want to be accountable for their negligence and false promises. STAY AWAY!

"It is very difficult to get customer…"

It is very difficult to get customer service on the phone to confirm details of the move. I called and emailed several times and for days prior to the move, very frustrating to make any additional changes. They did show up and do the job but they need to make sure they communicate. Moving is very stressful to begin with.

"Stay far away!!"

I caution anyone considering MyPorter! In February we had two trucks with six guys help us move. One of their workers smoked marijuana in the master bedroom of the old house... the smell was obvious!! He later admitted to having it in his pocket. When my wife confronted him, the on site supervisor blew her off saying he wasn't responsible for what the guys did before work!
It was apparent another employee did not want to be there. He even tried to direct me what I should carry and what he would carry! To be perfectly honest, two of the workers were outstanding. They obviously had the integrity and professionalism to carry the crew.
While unpacking and organizing after the move, we found numerous pieces of furniture damaged and destroyed. this includes a 60" tv where one of them cut the screen while trying to cut the wrapping off.
The management never contacted us. After several attempts to contact them by my wife, she finally reached someone who claimed to be in a position of upper management. He directed her to someone else who stated they were aware of the marijuana incident and conducted a "very public firing" of the employee. But apparently they never thought it important to reach out to us, the customer. When I spoke with him, I mentioned the many broken items. He barely uttered an apology, at best, but made no offer to compensate for damages.
Based on our experience with MyPorter, I've cautioned several other friends from using their services. Be careful with any inflated reviews. The majority of their business is just storage. It's pretty easy to do nothing and let you keep your property in a locked building!!
I recommend you avoid MyPorter. Their management and many of their workers are highly unprofessional. You definitely get what you pay for in this industry.
