I am very pleased with LPIS from start to finish. They kept me up to date all the way throughout, the installation guy turned up on the day they had booked in and was very efficient and helpful. The internet speed is also impressive, 10 out of 10 all round.

LPIS claim to provide home standard broadband. Sadly, the support when there are issues falls far short of what would be expected at home.
The annual charge works out quite expensive for the number of weeks it will actually be used by the average caravan owner. When there are problems, it seems there are insufficient engineers to effect a resolution. This means that you are paying for a service that you are not receiving.
I am experiencing the effects of extremely slow broadband. Websites take an age to load on my browser, my daily newspaper takes hours to download, streaming services are buffering badly. Telephone support answered quickly and, after doing some firmware updates, declared their speed measurement were fine. However, I was still experiencing poor performance in the caravan. I ran the recommended Fast,com speed test (funny how different companies recommend different tests, almost as if they pick one to suit their system) and recorded speed of 560 and 580 Kbps download, not the guaranteed 15Mbps. Upload speed showed 10Kbps.
Telephone support could do no more, and said would pass over to “scheduling”. This was originally on Thursday 22 August. I have heard nothing whereas at home I would have expected an engineer to have already attended and resolved the issue, Further, the telephone support have told me it will probably be two weeks before an engineer is available!
This is not acceptable. I will not be here in two weeks. Last time I had an issue requiring an engineer, I didn’t hear anything for weeks and ended up having to phone again to get an engineer.
This is really poor and if anyone is reading this considering using this company, bear in mind that if there are any problems you could well end up with weeks of no service. If there are any alternatives, use them instead.
It will be interesting to see how long it takes to upload this review- if it manages to do that at all.

The installer was very friendly and curtious it was a wet day and he removed his shoes every time he came back into the caravan even though I told him not to bother, he also cleared up after he had installed the router

Installation took under an hour, installer was very friendly and careful even taking his shoes off so he did not tramp mud over the carpets. So far very happy with the service.
