"Terrible customer service and products that don't work. "

I bought a baby monitor which didn't work. I sent it back in its original packaging but when the replacement arrived eventually it was sent in a battered white box. I asked for the original box to be sent back to me as when i resell it i need the original packaging but customer service were just incredibly rude and unwilling to help. Eventually, after a lot of emails, they said they had posted me an original box but it never arrived. I suspect they pretended to send one. Just awful customer service and products that don't work. I would not use them again

" Poor Product Poor Service"

I purchased a BT Big Button phone from this supplier via Ebay. It didn't work and was replaced. The replacement developed a similar fault. Posted back. Claimed not to have received the item.
I asked for a refund. Refused.
My advice is to buy elsewhere. There are plenty of suppliers selling similar goods. Poor product. Poor customer service

"Faulty baby monitors"

Purchased a baby monitor and it was faulty so I returned it and they sent me another monitor but that also became faulty. 2 monitors sent and both faulty I'm not sure how they test their products for resale but it seems not good enough.

Have been told that warranty is now expired as it only cover time from when first item is purchased so there is nothing they will do.

I feel for an item that is used to monitor a baby the company should look at reviewing their policy on a case by case basis.

I will not use this company again.

The phone I ordered arrived promptly. It was not compatible with my router. I was immediately sent a free return label.
Communication was excellent and very supportive.
I cannot fault this company - an absolute pleasure to do business with.

FAULTY MONITOR WONT REFUND ME!

I have been sent a faulty monitor for working, they refuse to refund me... they want to send me a replacement which means i'll be out of work for a week or 2... and I need a refund so i can replace immediately to continue my job. I cant risk losing my job over this faulty monitor that i have been sent.

Their support keep repeating themselves and don't seem to care at all about the bigger picture issue here.

They want to send me another second hand replacement monitor which wouldn't surprise me if it was faulty too.

Avoid at all costs!

Bought some AKG headphones open box unused. Was apprehensive as had never shopped with them before.Service excellent, purchased and they arrived the next day! Product brand new and sealed in immaculate condition. Paid less than other stores were asking for used and refurbished. So pleased I will definitely be shopping with you again! Many thanks!

"Faulty baby monitor will not be refunded"

I received a faulty baby monitor. The company agreed to replace it, but the replacement was also faulty. I asked for a refund, but the company are refusing to issue one. They will only replace the product again and have asked me to post back the item at my own cost. I do not feel comfortable using an unreliable monitor with my baby.

But unfortunately it was the most unfriendly and unhelpful customer support I have experienced in a long time.
You’ll be fine, as long as nothing ever goes wrong but if it does, don’t expect any help.
