Great product for great price but lacking communication regarding delivery. Didn't respond to a query regarding delivery either.

I thought I would give these guys a go and bought a robovac described as openbox/new. The price was less than half RRP and 15% less than anywhere else. It arrived within 36 hours via DHL. The polystyrene packaging was a little damaged, but other than that the product was perfect. This turned out to be a really good purchase so I'll definitely consider using these guys again!
