For ages I haven't been able to change the batteries in my BT 2200 Trio of phones because the back won't open. Sounds stupid, but it's not, there is absolutely no little groove, or place to open the back. Luckily, I found your article on BT phones which are impossible to open, with instructions on how to do etc. I have now managed to change all the batteries in the 3 phones and they're all charging fine.
