The company was very helpful both when I made preliminary enquiries and through the sale and delivery process with speedy and helpful responses.
I had custom made panels - they fitted perfectly and now they have been painted they look great.
The only reason this is not a 5* review is that 1 panel was missing from the order. However, this was swiftly put right so was not a problem.

I was looking for panelling for a project that included some tight spaces so I was pleased to see that the panels came in the smaller width as well as the standard 600mm. Also, the pre primed option was appealing and the fact that they were moisture resistant. Ordering was simple and the only negative was the fact that my initial order took over 7 days to arrive. I did chase up delivery after 5 days and I had a response immediately from Natalia who kept me updated on progress from the courier who delivered at the expected time. I actually underestimated the number of boards required and then I reordered Natalia messaged me to let me know that she was checking on my order and kept me up to date with delivery ( which was a lot quicker this time )
Good product , reasonably priced and good follow up response.

"Grooves are too shallow "

The customer service was good and helpful. Delivery was prompt. However the panels themselves are disappointing. The “grooves” are very shallow so they don’t really standout/ look like proper tongue and groove panels. If I were to start again I’d order from somewhere else.
