I've bought panels from these guys a few times and have always found the product great and fairly priced. When I've called, the people I've spoken to have been friendly and really helpful. Last time there was a bit of a mix up with deliveries which was resolved absolutely brilliantly. Fantastic product, Easy to fit, Professional finish for a fairly quick DIY job. I had a wall with poor plaster so chose the "Backed" version. I am so pleased with the finished result. Had to contact customer service and they were very helpful. Great product from a great company. I used no-nails to attach to wall, caulk to fill tiny gaps, then 2 coats of MDF sealer then two coats of our chosen emulsion. Very happy customer. Note- the website does state 3 weeks is the estimated delivery date as they are made to order.
