It was my first orden through lojaglamourosa , main items arrived perfectly sealed and wrapped ! Just a sample was empty and I put one star less because it took a long time to arrive (around 24 days) from Portugal to USA but finally everything was ok, also shipping is so expensive because depends on the item’s weight it starts from $6 may be a disadvantage for customers out of EU. I wish I could buy more than 2 items, I hope lojaglamourosa teams consider better options for that , thank you so much.

"Long delivery time"

I bought a few boxes of hair serum late Jan, after some time there were no sign of shipping hence i started chasing. Only to find out they didnt have enough stocks. After a few emails, managed to get them to ship whatever they have and made a refund. Finally received the goods on 17 Feb. Didnt expect such a long delay. However the customer service were very responsive and helpful. Hopefully it will not take that long to receive goods in the future.
