I ordered 2 Kat Von D Tattoo Pencil liners. One in blue and one in yellow green. They both arrived and the pencil part fell out of the packaging in both pencils and they were so dry and crumbly you could not apply either pencils to your lids. I emailed Loja Glamourosa to get my money back and they offered me a credit note, which I did not want. After writing several emails to ask for the money to be credited back to my credit card (they weren't cheap), they refused to respond to my emails. Bad experience all round. Would not purchase from this website again. Read reviews later that this had happened many times with this website and these pencils.
