Products arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I've never used a microfibre washing mitt before and I found it extremely good - much better than waving a sponge around.
One note of caution: Do follow the instructions and hand wash it very thoroughly before first use as the colour does tend to run. Cold water hand rinse after use is also important.
Although the instructions don't say to do this, a quick spin after wasking the mitt does speed the drying time.

Contacted Customer Service - told me the product has been opened and used. They were unable to help any further on this occasion.

I would not recommend buying this cloth unless wishing your car to be stained in red, or simply get it from Amazon - at least you will get a refund
