I have been using Hearbase in Folkestone since a work accident a couple of years ago left me profoundly deaf in one ear
The service they have provided has been second to none !
The team, from the Receptionists up are always very welcoming & polite. The professionalism of everyone is exceptional.
The Audiologists are very considerate of my needs & also very caring that they find me the correct hearing aid.
Nothing is to much trouble for them & they go out of their way to accommodate me even at short notice.
I would never hesitate to recommend Hearbase to anyone with hearing difficulties.
