I felt rather nervous going to have ear wax removed from my ear. I was met by Ashley who quickly put me at ease, explained the procedure, the different options and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. At the end she offered advice and I felt comfortable asking her questions.

Hearbase has been brilliant for the last four years since I've had my hearing aids. Yesterday I was in clinic with Hannah who is a wonderful clinician full of information, advice, listening, and ideas. My hearing aids are very good and easy to use and look after and there is a good service to maintain or repair them when the situation arises. It is quick and easy to contact the company who are always willing to offer help or book you an appointment as necessary. Thank you.

Nicky my ‘person’ has been with me throughout and the aftercare continues 3-4 years later ! nothing seems too much trouble for her despite my not buying or spending any more after initial cost. I have been a customer since 2018, following a sudden hearing loss coupled with a Ménière’s Disease diagnosis in one ear. I have always had excellent service with staff at Hearbase from first telephone contact to audiologists and technicians.Today, Hannah listened carefully to what I had to say and made the necessary tweaks and adjustments to enable me to continue to live my life to the full.
