Hearing test was carried out face to face... very efficient from start to finish... excellent cleaning and ppe observed from start to finish. Very knowledgeable discussion post test outlining the results. Left feeling very reassured.

A very professional system which was well managed from start to finish. In the current Covid 19 situation, I felt very safe and all the appropriate Covid secure controls were in place. Initial meeting had to be stopped and rearranged as I needed further wax clearing. All rearranged quickly and completed.
The Audiologist explained everything very well before, during and after the testing. Made me feel at ease during the whole process and was very professional.
