I believe there products are fake. I’ve been using PCA pigment bar for the last 5 years. I decided to look into a cheaper site which was this one. I started using it on vacation in Jamaican I instantly felt burning on my face. I thought cleaning products must’ve gotten on my facial sponge. I was left with burnt marks on a parts of my face. I Continue using the product for three months not realizing what was going on, and my face is a totally different complexion than my body. My husband ask me if I was bleaching, my lips are dark and my face is much lighter then my neck. I embrace my dark skin. I’m highly upset that I was scammed effecting my confidence.

I received the Elemis restructuring pads. The seal wasn't there, and there are only half the pads in it!! And they are drying out.

I have ordered from Editor's Pick twice, hoping for the best after reading some reviews. So far, product has arrived relatively fast and sealed - which is an issue for me as I live at 4000' altitude. (Ordered IS Clinical Active Peel System in Aug 2023 and Kevin Murphy Plumping Wash Sept 2024.)

"Be Careful with what you purchase "

I ordered products from this website of course because their prices are cheaper. However I did not receive all of my products and the hair products I did receive were not in boxes or sealed. When I put in a claim with customer service I received no apology and no compensation. So I too will have to go through my bank to dispute the charges and file a complaint with the better business bureau. Cheaper is not always better ladies.
