Massive step backwards from talktalk youview. When upgraded I was not advised by talktalk that you needed a usb stick to record. After investing in a usb stick finding out you can only record the channel you are watching!?!
Please listen to customers feedback we want to be able to record!!!! Not all programs are available to watch on demand.
Adding anything to the watchlist can only be done backwards looking, so you cannot add new series or shows to watchlist until after the first episode had aired - this is really frustrating
When pausing live tv it then skips/jump and crackles when playing back
Also slow to respond when pressing play/pause etc - and freezes
I feel this technology has gone back several years - very disappointed and gutted to be trapped in a 24 month contract. Sky will be getting a new customer once I see this through!

I’ve enjoyed my time with Netgem.tv but as I don’t think I will be staying with 3 mobile I expect I won’t be able to afford to be a netgem.tv customer, but thank you for the 5/6 years I’ve been with you and enjoyed the varied streaming and catch up programmes.

"Very disappointed with Netgem 4k box"
I was supplied with a Netgem 4k top box by TalkTalk as a supposed ‘upgrade’!! Having bought a memory stick to record on I am mortified to find I can only record one programme but not able to watch anything else whilst it’s recording!! This is a dreadfully retrograde step for long standing TalkTalk customers who have been used to being able to record and watch something else simultaneously on the old style TalkTalk box. Can Netgem look to fixing this urgently as TalkTalk will be losing many customers and Netfem will be getting many more negative reviews!

Never had any problems to be honest a good selection for you to watch and you can easily had other apps on as you go.

I've used Netgem.tv for the past 3 years. What I like most is the easy layout, even my 4yr old can navigate his way round the different channels.
I also use the Netgem.TV app as I travel away a lot, I find it very useful. Finally you can use it with Alexa, it's sometimes hit and miss however that is down to Alexa and not Netgem.tv. Happy Customer
