Delivery is also always on time and customer services are responsive when anything is missing in an order.

Since shopping at Watts farm since the start of Covid, I have found the produce is always fresh, the drivers who deliver have always been helpful and polite. The meat is tender and well wrapped. Helpful staff at the end of the phone if you do need them, and always ring, text or email if they haven't got something and refund always goes into bank or putbon next order or delivered when they do get it.
