Terrible services & took £16000 to do my whole house. Window don't shut properly & the composite door does lock and the glass in it is wobbly. They are joker or the cowboys. Do not use them. They are scams

Awful service, terrible installation, incompetent people.
We were sold windows that, once arrived and installed, showed poor quality and looked horrible.
Now draft is coming through leaving us with high energy bills and after a year of requests to sort it out, they still did nothing.

We had 14 windows and French doors installed and it was installed mostly with out any problems. They had to come back a few times to resolve a few issues which they did and now all issues have been resolved. Windows are great and so far we haven’t had to use the central heating

Ordered windows to match existing. They fitted windows with coated glass which do not match a year ago. No response to any communication, no resolution. Awful company to deal with!
