Unfortunately there was an issue with the furniture that was delivered. However the customer service from House of Oak was absolutely exceptional. I'd have no hesitation in ordering from them again.

Excellent quality in the furniture and a wide variety of styles. Delivery was fast and very friendly (even 200 miles away from the shop). It feels very good value.

After a lot of consideration and looking around we choose some bedroom furniture from House of Oak. We were concerned we couldn't see for ourselves what the quality was like but we read the reviews and were prepared to make a purchase. We were contacted about delivery when the furniture was ready and this went according to plan. The delivery men were quick and efficient, arriving when they said they would. The bed frame, wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside tables honestly exceeded our expectations. They look good, are well made and solid, unlike a lot of bedroom furniture you see in shops these days!! We were particularly put off by flimsy wardrobes with a thin hardboard back but the wardrobe from House of Oak has a laminated wooden back and seems pretty sturdy. It was easy to assemble too. We had a slight problem with one of the bedside tables and this was quickly replaced with no problems. Overall very happy with our purchase.

Our order in November was processed promptly and we were delighted to be given a delivery slot for a few weeks later on 8th December, (even though we had ordered just after the cut off for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery). The Opus range of furniture that we ordered is beautiful and well made and is a lovely blend of modern and traditional design. The delivery team were polite, friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to order again.
