Regards my purchase from House of Oak after months of looking for the right choice for a coffee table and tv unit we finally found what we were looking for on their website . The whole process from ordering online , plus the updates informing us of delivery were so helpful . The actual day of delivery went smooth as it should and the two guys who delivered the furniture were so respectful of our property and polite they are a credit to House of Oak . Our dinning room chairs have cracked and peeled when we ask about this we were told we'd had them to long. I understand nothing lasts forever, but since we've bought 10 pieces of furniture over the years I would have at least they'd offer a discount, but no the guy just said "you'll have to buy new ones". So much for loyalty and shopping local!

Having spent £1000 on a cabinet, for the delivery to cost £20 to take the packaging back is unacceptable.
