Poor customer service. I bought a battery on eBay from them - supposed to arrive Monday - the carrier did not deliver and dropped it off Tuesday - When it arrives it's the wrong battery..

I try calling them - the phone rings and rings - Ebay message? "return the battery" - I don't want a return - I want an exchange as I stated in the message.

So I explain this - and get a message with the same "return form" nonsense.

I'm currently calling their "helpline" number - the phone has been ringing for eleven minutes with no answer.... I give up - life is too short

I's cheaper to throw a £30 battery in the bin than the waste of time with this company

Eventually I've had to buy another battery, take this one back to branch and they've made good with the price difference

Would I recommend GSF? Not from this experience

BUT - that said

From previous experience they're good - it goes to plan and is great - been really happy with them - but when things go wrong the customer service isn't good unless you get lucky and someone "owns" the problem and gets it resolved, which is what eventually happened here

Absolutely useless company to deal with, parts supplied didn't fit, returned these promptly, for a refund, which I am still waiting for, have sent them 2 emails, from which i have had no response, have now resorted to PayPal dispute!

Great price point for all the parts I needed.
I asked for a part, which turned out to be wrong for my car I was advised by Danny at the counter . He recommended the correct part and another item which I would've needed . So I was able to resolve my car issue the same day and be back on the road the same day.
I feel I received excellent customer service and was made comfortable about getting my order wrong.
I purchased an exhaust for a corolla and alternator and battery for a Nissan micra
The service is consistent, I'm a big believer in good service comes from the top, it's evident in the Huddersfield store.
Will definitely be shopping there again.
