"Paid for ND delivery, never arrived"
Ordered and paid for next day delivery as per the website guidelines if I purchased before 4pm that day. Item turned up two days later. I had contacted GSF via phone chat and email and still now no one has responded to me! It’s impossible to speak to anyone.
I ended up having to take the car to the garage for the part as it came too late and I couldn’t drive without headlights.
They expect me to pay to return it when it was received late! I would like a refund for the bulb and the delivery costs.
Now they’re asking me to review their service!

Very slow delivery paid for next day waited four. Wrong parts delivered. 2 ford focus copper seals as ordered 2 Mercedes.. trying to contact customer service is honestly like pulling teeth. 2 days on a email back. Did try to phone using the number provided from webpage. Waited 3.5 hours before calling it a day

No update on delivery, I had to chase order ,after 7 days of no show , then 1 part of order was refunded as no stock of diesel fuel cleaner !! This size of company!! And wrong size sent on another part , never again, rubbish service, sorry …

ordered parts on the 1st of the month got a conformation email on the 3rd, no info regarding delivery date, no reply to messages or phone calls. parts finally arrived on the 12th of the month ( so much for two day delivery)
