Ordered a battery online, went to crewe branch to pick it up, the guy who served me even put it in the boot of my car.

Parts arrived damaged, missing fixings and missing packing. Staff were very rude and unhelpful. If I could get the parts anywhere else I would have

"Awful customer service"

Customer service was awful. When I walked into the reception no one acknowledged me and all the staff carried on working. Staff were walking in and out and it seemed like at least 5/10 mins before anyone spoke to me. When another lady walked in behind me she was spoken to almost straight away and by this time no one had still spoken to me. When a lady eventually spoke to me, no apology was made and she must have been having a bad day the way she appeared. It then took two people to find my part. Eventually I paid and left with no interaction. I felt angry but more so, belittled. Was it because I'm an older women maybe !!!! They need to be trained in customer service.
