"Awful customer service"
Customer service was awful. When I walked into the reception no one acknowledged me and all the staff carried on working. Staff were walking in and out and it seemed like at least 5/10 mins before anyone spoke to me. When another lady walked in behind me she was spoken to almost straight away and by this time no one had still spoken to me. When a lady eventually spoke to me, no apology was made and she must have been having a bad day the way she appeared. It then took two people to find my part. Eventually I paid and left with no interaction. I felt angry but more so, belittled. Was it because I'm an older women maybe !!!! They need to be trained in customer service.

Good prices and range. However part of the order was sent separately two days later and I received zero information as to why part of my order was missing, despite asking, twice. Poor.
