Order some parts online, they took the money from my bank account and then put my order on old. Never got any parts delivered or a refund, it has been more than 3 weeks now. Be very aware of this company!

Website said parts compatible however they where not after postage paid for.

Upon returning the correct part was not in stock and the store could not refund the part returned instead had to be sent off before refund.

Currently still one week later still no refund awaiting more time to adjust review.


Improvements needed

"Ordered a alternator on 9th Feb 25…"

Ordered a alternator on 9th Feb 25 never arrived.
Phoned them as no reply with emails or chat options.
Said would resend with next day delivery.
Never arrived again and phoned again and told order had been cancelled and a refund was on way.
Checked my PayPal statement on March 30th and no refund.
Queried this transaction through PayPal and almost straight away refund came through.
This is gsf customer service who never answered any of my emails or chats.
Would never use their Web site for delivery.
Very dodgy company to deal with and no customer service.
